Option #1
Overview
With option #1, our clients will work one-on – one with our technician. The technician will be there to assist you with color correction and minor retouching if needed. The technician will help you to profile and prepare your files for printing, operate the printer and assist with trimming and packing up prints. Packing supplies will be for sale on the premises including, print sleeves, cardboard, envelopes and tubes. We will only rent to one client at a time so our clients will have no distractions and their work can be kept private. The room will include a “State of the Art” Mac Work Station equipped with Photo Shop and a Wacom Tablet. There’s a huge work table for viewing and trimming prints. If you come prepared option #1 will provide you with huge savings. This is absolutely the best option for clients printing Exhibitions, Editions or a Large Body of Work. This option will provide huge savings even when printing just a few large prints.
Because of the large variety of papers to print on, we can’t keep them all in stock. With this in mind Option #1 allows our clients to bring their paper of choice. Depending on available space, we will allow our clients to keep their paper on the premises for up to 2 months for reprints and future printing needs.
Epson SureColor P20000 64" Printer Information
The EpsonSure Color p20000 64″ printer is much faster then their older models. Please check out this link so you can familiarize yourself with the printer. Don’t worry, you will not be operating the printer yourselves.The chart posted below will help you to calculate how many prints you can print per hour. Please be sure to calculate in extra time for test prints if you require them and for file preparation.

Hourly, half day and full day rental Rates.
We offer 3 options for rental Option #1, There is a 2 hour rental, a half day and a full day rental. For option #1, the hourly rental rate is high and the ink rate is low. If you come prepared, this option will provide you with our very best prices.
Because of the speed of the printer and the because of our low ink fee, this per hour fee will be your biggest expense. Our minimum hour requirment is 2 hours and discounts are offered by the half and full day.
2 Hour rental
$150 per hour , total $300. Our 2 Hour Rental includes an additional 15 min. for set up, 2 hours of printing and a 30. min. clean-up, trimming and packing time (total time 2 hrs 45 min.). We will not take bookings back to back so their will usually be an additional hour available for clients who need more time.
1/2 Day Rental
Our 1/2 Day Rental is 4 hours at the rate of $125 per hour for the total of $500. The 1/2 Day Rental includes an additional 30 min. for set up, 4 hours of printing and a 30. min. clean-up, trimming and packing time, for a total of 5 hours. We will not take bookings back to back so their will usually be an additional hour available for clients who need more time.
Full Day Rental
Our Full day rental is for 8 hours at the rate of $100 per hour for the total of $800 .The FULL DAY RENTAL also includes, 1 additional hour. for set up, 8 hours of printing and a 1 hour clean-up, trimming and packing time, for a total of 10 hours.
Reservations must be canceled 48 hours in advanced.
Again, because of the very high speed of the Epson SureColor P10000 | P20000 Printer, clients can print an average of 3- 40″x60″ prints at the highest resolution per hour.

Ink Fees
In addition to the rental fee, Option #1 renters will pay a per-print Ink Fee.
Because different papers and different files use different amounts of ink, we will have “2 tiers” of Ink Fees. Fine Art papers and Fiber papers are thick and absorb more ink then photo papers do (matte, luster and glossy) so Tier 1 is for the photo papers and Tier 2 is for the fine art papers.Ink Fees Tier 1

Ink will be charged at the rate of $2 per sq. ft. for Tier 1 and $3 per sq. in. for Tier 2. We’ve listed prices for all standard sizes if you are printing sizes other then the ones on our price list, you can calculate your ink fee. In order to calculate the number of sq. ft. per print size, first be sure to covert both dimensions into feet (if your size is 4’x6′ then multiply the number of feet by 12 (feet) to 48″x72″).
Once your dimensions are in inches, multiply the width x height and then divide the total by 144.
EXAMPLE –
48X72 = 3,456
